Not a proper beard/moustache brush

I've been wearing a moustache since 1967 - best described as a "Tom Selleck" but started out as a handle bar. My barber suggested avoiding wax and counselled daily brushing and combing to train the monster. I used a comb and a Kent's baby brush. The Kent's was perfect - stiff enough to get the hairs in place but soft enough to not irritate the sensitive facial skin. The Proraso brush was purchased with great enthusiasm since I've been a happy used of Proraso products for several decades. A great disappointment! Incredibly stiff bristles which make a deep and vigorous brushing quite unpleasant. Wound up with scratches under my moustache. Into the trash with that mistake! For the record - I still use a baby brush every day and have recently added Proraso beard/moustache conditioner to my morning ritual. That is an excellent product very much in keeping with Proraso's high standards. I never thought I'd write a negative review of a Proraso product - but, sadly, there it is!
